Head of Cannabis Industry Development and Investment Promotion Division

Overview

The National Agency for the Regulation of Cannabis Activities (ANRAC) is recruiting a Head of the Cannabis Industry Development and Investment Promotion Division. This position is pivotal in implementing Law No. 13-21 on the legal uses of cannabis, aiming to build a sustainable and thriving cannabis sector in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the development of the cannabis value chain, identify investment opportunities, promote the sector to local and international investors, and coordinate with public and private stakeholders to ensure coherent policy implementation.

Eligibility Criteria

• State Engineer or Master's degree in a scientific or economic field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in public administration, public establishment, or private sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position (head of service).
• Experience in productive sector development and/or territorial development. Experience in investment promotion is an asset.

• All documents proving qualifications and experience: diplomas, work certificates, CNSS declaration for private sector experience, document proving seniority as head of service.
• Detailed institutional project presenting the candidate's vision for the position.
