Head of Biotherapies and Blood-Derived Medicines Service at Moroccan Blood Agency

Position Details

The Moroccan Blood and its Derivatives Agency (AMSD) announces a call for applications for the position of Head of the Biotherapies and Blood-Derived Medicines Service, in accordance with the director's decision No. 2026/252. This role aims to strengthen the agency's capacity in monitoring and developing biotherapies and blood-derived medicines, thereby improving the quality of health services provided to citizens.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Be a civil servant in the grade of Inspector 2nd class, State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
• Or hold at least a higher education diploma (Bac+5, Master's or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public administrations, local authorities, public or private institutions.
• Familiarity with the agency's missions, strategies, and field of activity.
• Possess the qualifications specified in the attached job description.
