Poste Maroc (Barid Al-Maghrib), a major player in mail, parcel, and digital postal services, is opening a recruitment competition for a Functional Engineer position. This regular recruitment aims to strengthen the automated parcel sorting platform team and support the company's digital and logistics transformation.

Job Responsibilities

The Functional Engineer will organize, supervise, and optimize all automated parcel processing and sorting operations. Key duties include ensuring operational continuity, meeting quality and deadline commitments, achieving productivity targets, and optimizing industrial equipment and WCS/VCS systems.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bac+5 degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management.
• Experience in an industrialization or automation project is a major asset.
• Maximum age of 28 years.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of automated logistics and industrial platforms.
• Mastery of parcel sorting processes and flow management.
• Knowledge of WCS, WMS, VCS, and industrial supervision systems.
• Proficiency in reporting tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, KPI tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement principles.
