Fondation des Œuvres Sociales des Travaux Publics recruits two service heads

About the Announcement

The Fondation des Œuvres Sociales des Travaux Publics (FOSTP) announces a call for applications to fill two vacant positions of Service Head. Located at 2 Azzaitoun Street, Hay Riad, Rabat, the foundation seeks qualified professionals to lead its procurement and IT services. This recruitment follows the decision of the president No. 20 dated April 1, 2025.

Available Positions

The two positions are:

• Head of the Procurement Service – Administrative and Financial Directorate.
• Head of the Information Systems Service – Technical Directorate.

Each service head will be responsible for organizing and managing their unit, ensuring effective operations and adherence to the foundation's policies.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Be classified at least as a Principal Inspector of the 2nd grade or State Engineer or equivalent grade, holding a degree allowing access to the 3rd grade, with at least two years of effective service as a permanent employee.
2. Be classified as a Principal Inspector of the 3rd grade or equivalent, with at least 15 years of effective service, including at least 4 years in the said grade.

Application File

Applications must include:

• A cover letter addressed to the president of the foundation (Form F1).
• A curriculum vitae with a passport photo (Form F2).
• A proposed action plan for the position (Form F3).
• A copy of the university degree and any documents proving relevant skills and experience.

Submit five copies of the file to the president's office, against a receipt, before 4:30 PM on May 20, 2026. Late or incomplete files will not be considered.

Selection Process

A committee will review all applications and shortlist candidates for interviews. Only those meeting the requirements will be invited.

The Fondation des Œuvres Sociales des Travaux Publics is a public social institution established by Law No. 84.13. It provides social, cultural, and recreational services to employees of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Logistics, and Water. Its headquarters are in Rabat.
