• Be of Moroccan nationality
• Be between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1 of the current year
• Hold a bachelor's degree from one of the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques under the Ministry of Health
• Or a state diploma of the first cycle of paramedical studies
• Or one of the equivalent diplomas specified in accordance with Decree No. 2.12.90

25% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, or former military personnel, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disabled person card.
