Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

The successful candidate will report to the Financial Risk and Prudential Oversight Directorate with primary responsibilities including:

• Identifying, analyzing, and measuring financial risks including structural ALM risks and market portfolio risks
• Producing and analyzing consolidated reports on all financial risks and their medium-term projections
• Overseeing financial risk management for CDG Group subsidiaries
• Contributing to capital requirement assessments and regulatory, prudential, and internal reporting
• Participating in financial risk limit definitions and compliance monitoring

Required Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates should possess:

• BAC+5 degree from a top engineering school or equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years of proven experience in financial risk management, market finance, or actuarial science
• Advanced mastery of financial risk analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis methods
• Deep understanding of prudential requirements including Basel II/III, IFRS9, and Solvency II
• Strong autonomy, initiative, analytical skills, and communication abilities
