Recruitment of a Financial Officer (M/F) at Tanger Région Aménagements Company

The Regional Development Company Tanger Régions Aménagements announces a recruitment call for the position of Financial Officer (M/F) (1 position) based in Tangier. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced finance professionals to join a public regional entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Manage banking relationships and perform bank reconciliations.
• Track financial commitments and budget consumption.
• Monitor the mobilization and collection of financing.
• Develop dashboards and financial management indicators.
• Contribute to budget preparation and execution monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with financial information, validation, signature, and payment circuits.
• Interface with internal and external partners.
• Contribute to the development of the financial information system and improvement of financial management procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the public or semi-public sector.
• Proficiency in Excel and office tools.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy.
• Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
