Key Responsibilities and Duties

The appointed officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of fertilizer-related services. Primary duties include:

• Ensuring proper execution of raw material removal, manufacturing, and finished product delivery operations
• Entering all fertilizer service-related operations into the SAP system
• Launching manufacturing and delivery orders with the service provider
• Monitoring achievements and execution of fertilizer delivery operations
• Coordinating with the provider to receive documents related to various operations
• Controlling raw material quality during receptions and reporting apparent anomalies
• Verifying regulatory weight compliance by the service provider
• Establishing reception and delivery notes as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Specialized Technician Diploma in Management, Logistics, or Agricultural Business Management
• Experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in fertilizers and fertilizers, is a significant advantage
• Strong adaptation skills and organizational sense
• Proficiency in SAP tools is highly desirable
