Recruitment Competition: 4th Grade Technician - Scale 8 Electricity Specialty

The Municipality of Settat announces the opening of a recruitment competition to fill three positions of 4th grade technician - scale 8, within the framework of regular recruitment of municipal employees. This competition targets holders of diplomas in electricity specialty, and is part of a series of competitions organized by the municipality to strengthen its human resources in various fields.

Competition Details and Required Conditions

In accordance with ministerial decision No. 1168.24 of 27 Shawwal 1445 (May 6, 2024), the conditions and procedures of this competition are defined according to the fundamental statutes in force. Candidates must meet a set of essential conditions, including possession of the required diploma in electricity, and submit a complete application file within the specified deadlines.

25% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, former military personnel or former combatant, and 7% are allocated to persons with disabilities, in accordance with the laws in force in this area.

Application File Composition

Candidates must submit the following documents:

• A signed application addressed to the President of Settat Municipality
• A copy of the required diploma with a copy of the equivalence decision if applicable
• A copy of the national identity card
• A copy of the criminal record
• A curriculum vitae with recent photograph
• Two stamped envelopes bearing the full name and personal address

For diplomas issued in a language other than Arabic or French, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into one of these two languages.

The deadline for submitting application files is February 27, 2026 before 4:30 PM, with tests scheduled for March 7, 2026 at Ar-Razi Qualifying High School in Settat. Files must be submitted to the human resources department of Settat Municipality during official working hours.
