About the Position

The National Airports Office (ONDA) announces an internal call for applications for the position of Duty Officer at the rank of Service Chief at Nador El Aroui Airport. This role is open to internal candidates meeting the eligibility criteria.

Missions and Activities

The Duty Officer represents airport management outside administrative hours, oversees all airport operations, and ensures the smooth functioning of critical installations.

Key Activities

• Coordinate airport operations with various stakeholders
• Monitor service quality and cleanliness
• Conduct inspection rounds with technical supervisors
• Follow up on ongoing works
• Control service providers and concessionaires
• Manage emergency situations
• Issue badges and vehicle access authorizations
• Welcome VIPs
• Update SMART AIRPORT application

Required Profile

Candidates must hold a minimum of Bac+3 degree and have training related to the aviation sector.
