The National Agency for the Development of Oasis Zones and the Argan Tree (ANDZOA) announces a competitive recruitment process for a master technician driver position. This professional opportunity is designed for candidates with technical automotive skills and practical experience in vehicle maintenance and management.

Position Overview

This position involves serving as a driver within the Argan Zone Development Directorate of ANDZOA, based in Agadir. The role extends beyond traditional driving duties to include significant technical and organizational responsibilities related to vehicle fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Transporting personnel and distributing mail within the organization
  • Driving vehicles during field missions and site visits
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles
  • Monitoring the operational condition of the vehicle fleet
  • Receiving and inspecting repair services and spare parts
  • Managing and optimizing vehicle fleet operations
  • Organizing repair, maintenance, and parts replacement operations
  • Monitoring and optimizing fuel consumption and related expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with maintenance, technical inspection, and cleaning schedules

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age between 18 and 40 years at the time of recruitment
  • Specialized technician diploma (bac+2) in one of the following fields:
    • Automotive Mechanics
    • Mechanical Manufacturing
    • CNC Machine Tool Operation
    • Automotive Embedded Electronic Diagnostics
    • Technical-Commercial in Vehicle and Spare Parts Sales
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in the field

Required Competencies

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Skills in mechanics, electricity, and electronics
  • Technical knowledge of automotive equipment
  • Proficient driving abilities and road safety awareness
  • Punctuality, availability, and professional rigor
  • Organizational and planning capabilities

  • Responsibility and autonomy in task execution
