Required Qualifications and Profile

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial, management, ICT, construction, or related fields
  • Cumulative professional experience of 5 years including at least 2 years in managerial positions
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of financial and budget management, particularly public procurement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of training systems and labor market requirements
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Age under 45 at the start date of service
  • Moroccan nationality

Specific Conditions for OFPPT Staff

For OFPPT employees, requirements include:

  • Being a permanent employee classified at scale 19 minimum, or scale 16 with 10 years of experience
  • Having served as manager at OFPPT for at least 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of financial and budget management
  • Ability to analyze data and propose innovative solutions
