Details of the Position of Director of the Zagora Cultural Center

The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication – Department of Culture has announced a call for applications for the position of director of the Zagora cultural center. This position is classified as equivalent to a head of service. The announcement is made pursuant to Decree No. 2.11.681 of 28 Dhu al-Hijjah 1432 (November 25, 2011) concerning the procedures for appointing heads of divisions and heads of services in public administrations.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are open to all tenured civil servants and contract agents working within the Department of Culture (Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication), provided they meet the regulatory conditions set out in Decree No. 2.11.681. These conditions include appropriate professional experience and the required competencies to assume administrative and cultural management responsibilities.

Required Documents

The application file must include the following documents:

• A letter of application.
• A motivation letter in four copies explaining the reasons for applying for the position.
• A curriculum vitae in four copies detailing the candidate's qualifications, professional background, and previous positions held.
• A complete action plan project in four copies, including the work program and methodology proposed to manage and develop the concerned administrative unit.
• An opinion from the direct hierarchical superior on the candidate's professional competence, placed in a sealed confidential envelope.
• A digital version of the application file in PDF format on an electronic medium (CD).

How to Apply

Candidates must send their complete files through the hierarchical channel to the secretariat of the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs, within the administrative working hours in force, before May 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM. This date is the final deadline for receiving applications.

Selection and Interviews

After studying the application files, the list of candidates admitted to the selection interviews will be announced. The date and location of the interviews will be set later in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
