The Ministry of National Territory Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy has announced a call for applications for the position of Director of the Urban Agency of Al Hoceima. This is a senior leadership opportunity for experienced professionals in urban development and territorial planning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Advanced degree qualifying for grade 11 (State Engineer, Architect, Administrator, or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in public administration, local authorities, public institutions, or the private sector.
• Proven experience in managerial roles relevant to the position.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning, architecture, and territorial development.

Key Responsibilities

The Director manages the agency's operations, implements board decisions, represents the agency in legal and official matters, and develops a strategic project to enhance agency performance.
