Job Announcement: Director of the Royal Institute for Training Youth and Sports Cadres
The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports announces a call for applications for the position of Director of the Royal Institute for Training Youth and Sports Cadres. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Belong to senior cadres of the state, local authorities, public institutions, or the private sector.
- Be classified at least at scale 11 or an equivalent grade.
- Hold a higher diploma qualifying for scale 11.
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in management and administration.
- Sufficient qualifications and competencies to perform the duties of the position.
Job Responsibilities
The Director will be responsible for:
- Managing the institute and coordinating all its activities.
- Chairing the center's council and setting its agenda.
- Managing all staff appointed to the institute.
- Ensuring smooth conduct of studies and information control.
- Negotiating cooperation agreements.
- Preparing an activity plan.
- Developing mechanisms to improve institute performance.
- Developing partnerships and cooperation.
- Overseeing budget preparation and execution.
- Managing material resources.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations.
