The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports announces a call for applications for the position of Director of the Royal Institute for Training Youth and Sports Cadres. This key leadership role requires a visionary leader to develop the institute and ensure high-quality training in youth and sports fields. The institute is a non-university higher education institution dedicated to training specialized cadres.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Belong to senior cadres of the state, local authorities, public institutions, or the private sector.
• Be classified at least at scale 11 or an equivalent grade.
• Hold a higher diploma qualifying for scale 11.
• At least 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in management and administration.
• Sufficient qualifications and competencies to perform the duties of the position.

Job Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible for:

• Managing the institute and coordinating all its activities.
• Chairing the center's council and setting its agenda.
• Managing all staff appointed to the institute.
• Ensuring smooth conduct of studies and information control.
• Negotiating cooperation agreements.
• Preparing an activity plan.
• Developing mechanisms to improve institute performance.
• Developing partnerships and cooperation.
• Overseeing budget preparation and execution.
• Managing material resources.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations.
