Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• State Engineering Diploma in civil engineering, rural engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience as Studies Director or 10 years as Studies Manager
• At least 3 years experience in a consulting firm specialized in roads, utilities or construction
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, autonomy and proactivity

Primary Responsibilities

The Director of Studies and Programming will be responsible for:

• Overall management of the Studies and Programming Department
• Translating departmental missions into objectives, projects and programs
• Defining annual action plans and budgets aligned with agency strategic directions
• Supervising both Studies and Programming departments
• Managing relationships with stakeholders of the Regional Development Program
• Monitoring implementation of the Regional Development Plan roadmap
• Validating project evaluations and performance indicators

Organizational Context

The agency was established following deliberation No. 02/2016 of the Casablanca-Settat Regional Council dated March 7, 2016, and decision No. 06/2016 from the Council President. It operates within the legal framework defined by Dahir No. 1-15-83 of 20 Ramadan 1436 (July 7, 2015) promulgating organic law No. 111-14 concerning Regions.
