Job Overview

Casablanca Events et Animation, a Local Development Company (SDL) with a capital of 14 million MAD, is recruiting a Director of Strategy and Development. The company promotes Casablanca nationally and internationally by planning and organizing major cultural and sports events.

Required Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business or management school or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Immediate availability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Propose strategic directions in territorial marketing.
  • Implement a development strategy focused on territorial marketing.
  • Ensure deployment of the action plan.
  • Define the commercial strategy according to management objectives.
  • Define marketing and communication plans.
  • Manage teams and act as interface with top management.
  • Represent the company at public events and meetings.
  • Structure and operationally manage development projects.
