Casablanca Events et Animation, a Local Development Company (SDL) with a capital of 14 million MAD, is recruiting a Director of Strategy and Development. The company promotes Casablanca nationally and internationally by planning and organizing major cultural and sports events.
Required Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business or management school or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience.
- Immediate availability.
Main Responsibilities
- Propose strategic directions in territorial marketing.
- Implement a development strategy focused on territorial marketing.
- Ensure deployment of the action plan.
- Define the commercial strategy according to management objectives.
- Define marketing and communication plans.
- Manage teams and act as interface with top management.
- Represent the company at public events and meetings.
- Structure and operationally manage development projects.
