Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must be permanent civil servants or contract agents meeting the following conditions:

• Classified at least as an Administrator of the 2nd grade, or State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
• Holding a diploma allowing access to the grade of Administrator of the 3rd grade or equivalent.
• At least four years of service as a permanent employee, or five years for contract agents.
• Previous experience in managerial positions (this condition may be waived).
