Position Overview
The National Agency for the Regulation of Cannabis-Related Activities (ANRAC) is calling for applications for the position of Director of Regulation and Control. This senior role involves overseeing the regulatory framework and monitoring the marketing circuits of cannabis for licit uses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Higher education degree equivalent to State Engineer or Administrator (Bac+5) in a scientific field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in public, semi-public, or private sector, including at least 5 years in a managerial role (Division Head, Department Head, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in regulation and control of commercial circuits.

- Documents proving qualifications and experience (diplomas, work certificates, CNSS statement for private sector).
