Director of Higher Education and Pedagogical Development

About the Position

The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation announces a call for applications for the position of Director of Higher Education and Pedagogical Development. This leadership role involves overseeing pedagogical policies and ensuring the quality of higher education in Morocco.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a higher education degree allowing classification at least at scale 11 or equivalent.
• Be a professor-researcher, principal engineer, or first-grade administrator, or equivalent.
• At least 20 years of professional experience, including 5 years in administrative positions related to higher education and research management.
• High qualifications in public policies and sectoral strategies.

Application File

The file must include:

• Detailed CV with a recent photo.
• Unified standard form annexed to the minister's order.
• A project proposal outlining the candidate's vision for developing the directorate.
• Documents proving eligibility and any other relevant documents.
