The National Agency for Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Entrepreneurship and Very Small Enterprise Services. Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will undertake significant strategic and operational tasks including:

• Developing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring incentive measures and services for entrepreneurial project holders and Very Small Enterprises (VSEs).
• Managing actions aimed at promoting entrepreneurial activity and contributing to the integration of economic units operating in the informal sector into the formal economy.
• Supporting self-employed entrepreneurs and enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of VSEs.
• Providing information, guidance, and support to young entrepreneurial initiatives and project holders.
• Participating in the implementation of state policy regarding entrepreneurship promotion, informal sector integration, and VSE support, in coordination with the supervising ministry and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in entrepreneurship and small business support, coupled with deep knowledge of relevant public policies. Strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate with various institutional partners, and experience managing government programs or cooperation projects are essential. Familiarity with challenges related to informal sector integration and self-entrepreneur support is particularly valuable.

Established under Law No. 51-99, ANAPEC is a public institution operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills. Its primary mission is to promote employment and skills development through a diverse range of services for job seekers, project holders, and entrepreneurs. This position is part of its organizational structure as defined by Decision No. 5926 of July 22, 2022.
