Key Missions and Responsibilities

The Director of Agricultural Advisory Engineering will assume vital missions including:

• Identifying agricultural advisory needs within various Regional Agricultural Plans
• Updating and consolidating Annual Regional Action Plans for agricultural advisory
• Defining resource allocation among different agricultural advisory stakeholders
• Leading missions assigned to the Office in agricultural development matters
• Animating and strengthening farmer capacities and promoting rural women
• Characterizing agricultural space and typology of agricultural holdings

Institutional Information

The National Office of Agricultural Advisory is a public institution created by Law No. 58-12, playing a central role in the development of the Moroccan agricultural sector. The Office operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, and actively contributes to the implementation of the Green Generation 2020-2030 strategy.
