Position Responsibilities and Duties

The Deputy General Director undertakes crucial strategic missions including:

  • Assisting the General Management in defining, implementing, and monitoring the Agency's strategic orientations

  • Deploying and supervising institutional communication and training strategies
  • Participating in defining and implementing commercial and marketing development policies
  • Ensuring coherence of actions carried out by various departments under supervision
  • Managing and monitoring cross-functional projects while respecting objectives and deadlines
  • Defining annual objectives for departments and regularly evaluating team performance

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this leadership position must possess:

  • Minimum professional experience of 10 years in relevant fields
  • Previous experience in a management position within MAP Agency
