Career Opportunity: Deputy Director for Continuing Education and Scientific Research

The Regional Academy of Education and Training of Fès-Meknès announces a call for applications for the position of Deputy Director for Continuing Education and Scientific Research at the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions (CRMEF) of Fès-Meknès. This leadership role offers a unique chance for education professionals to contribute to the development of training and pedagogical research in the region.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be a permanent civil servant or contract agent of the Ministry of National Education.
• Be at least in the grade of Inspector of the 2nd class (scale 11) or equivalent engineering grade.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Inspector of the 3rd class.
• Have at least 4 years of service for permanent staff and 5 years for contract staff.
• Have held the position of Head of Service (exemption possible if required).
• Possess the necessary scientific competence and professional experience relevant to the post.

Job Responsibilities

The Deputy Director assists the Director of the Center in managing training, scientific and pedagogical research activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising continuing education programs.
• Organizing scientific and pedagogical research activities.
• Contributing to improving training quality.
• Coordinating with various educational stakeholders.

• An application letter addressed to the Director of the Academy, including the approval of the administration and the opinion of the direct supervisor.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• A motivation letter explaining the reasons for applying.
• A curriculum vitae according to the provided template.

• A copy of the appointment decision in the grade, or an administrative certificate proving the administrative situation.
• An administrative certificate proving no disciplinary sanction.
• A personal project for the proposed work program.
• Any other relevant document.
