Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Agency Manager will be responsible for critical functions ensuring the agency's smooth operation:

  • Manage betting registration operations while monitoring cash balance at the agency
  • Conduct surprise cash inspections of agency operators
  • Oversee and maintain technical equipment related to betting operations
  • Handle fund reception and delivery to authorized transporters
  • Verify the consistency of daily closing statements
  • Prepare cash position reports and ensure compliance with information systems
  • Assume agency manager responsibilities during absences
  • Handle important clients in coordination with the agency manager
  • Propose initiatives to improve agency performance and service quality

Required Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in management, finance, or equivalent field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in revenue management and accounting knowledge
  • Understanding of gaming regulations and customer betting registration
  • Familiarity with horse racing betting products
  • Expertise in cash management and financial flows
  • Customer-oriented approach with ability to follow business procedures
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and precision
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to team environments
