A portion of the positions is reserved for specific categories, with 25% of open positions allocated to individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 5% to persons with disabilities, reflecting the Ministry's commitment to social inclusion.

Application Procedure and Required Documents

Candidates must accurately complete the specific competition information form and confirm it on the electronic platform available on the Ministry's website (drh.sante.gov.ma) by Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 4:30 PM. After this deadline, no application file will be considered.

The application file must include the following documents:

• A scanned copy of the original doctorate in general medicine or equivalent recognized degree, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision.
• A scanned copy (front and back) of the original biometric national identity card.
• A certificate of registration on the lists of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
• A copy of the certificate attesting to the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant (if applicable).
• Authorization to take the competition for candidates employed in university hospital centers.

Examination Format and Selection Process

The written examination consists of direct questions or multiple-choice questions related to the required specialties, lasting two hours. A numerical score between 0 and 20 is awarded for the examination, with any score below 10 out of 20 being eliminatory.

The competition committee establishes the list of successful candidates within the limit of the positions being competed for, as well as a waiting list ranked by merit, among candidates who have obtained an overall average of at least 10 out of 20. The lists of admitted candidates are published on the Ministry's website and the public employment portal, and serve as summons to take the competition.
