Data Engineer Recruitment at the National Agency of Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC)

The National Agency of Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) is organizing a recruitment competition for two (2) State Engineers (or Master's degree holders) in computer science, specializing in Data Engineering (Génie de la Data) or a similar field. Eligibility Criteria

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Aged between 18 and 45 by December 31, 2026.
  • Hold a State Engineer diploma, Master's degree, or equivalent in computer science with a specialization in Data Engineering or a similar field.

If your diploma's specialization is not clearly similar, you must provide a certificate from your educational institution confirming that the modules correspond to the required field.

Number of Positions

Two (2) positions are available, with 25% reserved for specific categories (resistance members, nation wards, former military, etc.).

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the ANCFCC website: www.ancfcc.gov.ma. The deadline is August 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

After a pre-selection of applications, shortlisted candidates will undergo:

  • A written exam (3 hours) on the required discipline.
  • An oral interview (20-30 minutes) with the jury.

The written exam can be in Arabic or French. Only candidates scoring ≥ 10/20 in the written exam proceed to the oral. The final average must be ≥ 10/20.

Results Publication

Provisional and final lists will be published on the ANCFCC website and on www.emploi-public.ma. Candidates can file appeals within 3 days of the provisional list publication.
