Application Conditions and Requirements

Applications are limited to permanent civil servants and contract agents working in the culture sector at the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, who meet the regulatory conditions stipulated in Decree No. 2.11.681 of November 25, 2011. Candidates must possess appropriate academic and professional qualifications, with practical experience demonstrating their competence in the cultural and administrative field.
