Core Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting directly to the Department Head, the Cooperation and Partnerships Service Head will play an active role in defining and implementing ACAPS's cooperation strategy. Key responsibilities will include:
- Translating strategic orientations into operational action plans covering bilateral and multilateral projects
- Supervising and validating cooperation project files in coordination with the Department Head
- Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of conventions, programs, agreements, and partnerships
- Guaranteeing deliverable compliance, respect for commitments, deadlines, and institutional requirements
- Updating and monitoring management tools including dashboards, schedules, and tracking matrices
- Preparing reports, assessments, summary notes, and performance indicators for senior management and partners
Institutional Relations Management and Representation
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing cooperation relationships with national authorities, international organizations, and other institutional partners. This role encompasses:
- Representing ACAPS at meetings, workshops, and events upon delegation from the Department Head
- Preparing representation files including talking points, preparatory notes, and institutional documents
- Coordinating operational activities with partners through meeting organization, commitment monitoring, and information exchange
- Identifying collaboration opportunities and proposing strategic development pathways
- Contributing to the promotion of cooperation activities through internal and external communication channels
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communication, International Relations, Humanities and Social Sciences, Economics, Finance, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in cooperation, institutional communication, public relations, or within insurance and social welfare sectors
- Excellent command of French, Classical Arabic, and English in both spoken and written forms
- Strong project management skills and institutional partnership monitoring capabilities
- Good knowledge of insurance, social welfare, and financial regulation sectors
- Proven negotiation and representation abilities in multicultural environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and public speaking aptitude
