Details of the Recruitment Notice for a Contract Expert

The Secretariat of State for Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, under the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, and Social and Solidarity Economy, announces the opening of applications for one contract expert position. The contract is for two years, renewable once, with a total duration not exceeding four years.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold at least five years of higher education (Bac+5) with a diploma.
• At least five years of professional experience in public administration, local authorities, public institutions, or the private sector.
• Enjoy civil rights and have no final criminal conviction in Morocco or abroad.

Required Documents

The application file must include:

• A signed application letter addressed to the Secretary of State.
• An updated CV with a recent photo, email, and phone number, clearly showing relevant professional experience and skills.
• Certified copies of diplomas and documents proving professional experience (any unsubstantiated experience will not be considered).
• A certified copy of the national identity card.
• A criminal record extract or a copy of the criminal record card.

Contract Duration and Missions

The contract is for two years, renewable once, for a maximum total of four years. The expert will support the Secretariat's services in implementing projects and programs. Detailed missions and required competencies are specified in the job description annexed to the recruitment decision.

Applications must be submitted in three copies (original and two copies) to the Directorate of Resources and Information Systems – Human Resources Division, at the central administration of the Secretariat of State for Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, Avenue Allal El Fassi, BP 6435, Rabat-Instituts. The deadline for submission is May 29, 2026.
