Key Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient execution of construction projects entrusted to the company, from design through to delivery and evaluation. Primary duties include:

• Contributing to the development, structuring, and implementation of project agreements assigned to the company.
• Ensuring proper design and execution of projects in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Managing direct interface with institutional partners and service providers for proper project execution.
• Developing terms of reference based on thorough investigations and validating project implementation and monitoring documents.
• Ensuring rigorous monitoring of administrative, technical, and accounting aspects of projects.
• Providing systematic reporting to the General Management and Implementation Department.
• Working to establish rigorous project monitoring and evaluation tools and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor's +5 level education (Engineering diploma from a major engineering school, ideally in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent technical specialty).
• Confirmed experience of at least 6 years, including minimum 3 years in direct supervision and management of field infrastructure works.
• Mastery of procedures and technical aspects for perfect infrastructure and equipment implementation.
• Proficiency in building drawing processing and project management software (Primavera, MS Project, ArcGIS, ROBOBAT).
• Good knowledge of the territorial community ecosystem.
• Ability to easily adapt to corporate culture.
