Career Opportunity for State Engineers in the Agricultural Sector

The Ouarzazate Regional Agricultural Development Office (ORMVA), under the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, is organizing a competitive recruitment for 5 positions of 1st grade State Engineers (Scale 11). This competition represents an excellent opportunity for qualified Moroccan engineers to join a leading national institution in agricultural investment and rural development in the Ouarzazate region.

Competition Details and Conditions

The competition will take place on Sunday, May 10, 2026, in accordance with legal provisions and regulatory procedures in force. The application deadline is April 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The competition is open to candidates of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 years and not more than 45 years as of January 1 of the current year.

Main Application Requirements

Candidates must hold a State Engineer diploma issued by national schools, institutes or university institutions authorized to issue it in the required specialties, or an equivalent diploma in accordance with regulatory provisions in force, accompanied by an equivalence decision.

Examination System

The Ouarzazate ORMVA is a public establishment created by Royal Decree No. 829-66 of October 22, 1966. The office plays a central role in developing the agricultural sector in the Drâa-Tafilalet region, working to improve agricultural productivity and enhance water and soil resources in the area.

Quota System for Specific Groups

The office reserves 7% of positions for candidates who are former resistance fighters, nation's dependents, former military personnel and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, in accordance with legislation in force.
