The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Communication Department - is organizing a recruitment competition for two (02) assistant professor positions grade "A" at the Higher Institute of Information and Communication (ISIC) in Rabat. Competition Details and Available Positions

• For foreign degrees: equivalence decision from Ministry of Higher Education

Application files must be submitted or sent to the Higher Institute of Information and Communication no later than April 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM (administrative time). The competition examination date is set for April 28, 2026.

Recruitment System and Compensation

Recruitment follows the special statute of the interministerial common environment for teacher-researchers. The salary is classified at scale 11 with monthly compensation ranging between 8200 and 9400 Moroccan dirhams.
