The Regional Office for Agricultural Development of Gharb (ORMVAG) announces the opening of a competition for the recruitment of four (4) State Engineers of first grade, as part of efforts to strengthen national competencies in the agricultural and rural development sector. Competition Details and Conditions

The competition targets candidates of Moroccan nationality aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year. Applicants must hold a State Engineer diploma in one of the specified specialties, or an equivalent diploma according to the regulatory provisions in force, with submission of the official equivalence decision. The administration reserves 25% of the positions for specific categories including resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, and former combatants, as well as 7% for persons with disabilities who submit their applications through the concerned institutions.

Required Specialties

The competition covers the following engineering specialties:

• Computer Engineering
• Software Engineering or Computer Methods Applied to Management

Interested candidates must ensure that their specialties match these fields, as the required diploma is the State Engineer diploma in the above-mentioned specialties, issued by authorized national schools, institutes, or university establishments, or its equivalent.

Competition Stages and Tests

The competition consists of two main phases:

• Written Tests: Candidates must obtain an average of at least 10/20 in these tests to qualify for the next phase, noting that any score below 5/20 in any test is eliminatory.
• Oral Test: Lasting 20 minutes, this test allows the competition committee to discuss various topics and fields with the candidate to assess their ability to assume the functions of the position.

Each test is graded out of 20, with the requirement to meet the mentioned criteria for success.

• Print a copy of the correctly filled form, sign it, and attach it to the application file.
• Prepare the application file including the following documents: copy of the signed form, signed handwritten request indicating personal data and specialty, signed CV, certified copy of the required diploma with equivalence decision if applicable, certified copy of the national identity card, three self-adhesive envelopes with postal stamp bearing full contact details, and authorization from the original administration to take the competition for current civil servants.

The application file must be placed in a large envelope marked "Recruitment of Engineers" and sent by mail to ORMVAG's address: 22, Rue Idriss Al Akbar, BP 79, Kénitra 14000. Files must arrive by May 8, 2026 at 4:30 PM, taking into account the postmark date. Any file received after the deadline, incomplete, or non-compliant with conditions will not be considered.
