Examination Process

The competition includes two evaluation phases designed to measure candidates' competencies:

Written Examination

A three-hour (03) written test focusing on the field of the concerned administration's competencies, general management, or required specialties. This examination aims to assess candidates' theoretical and practical knowledge in finance, accounting, and financial management.

Oral or Practical Examination

An oral or practical examination lasting between 15 and 30 minutes, during which the jury will discuss various topics and issues with the candidate, or subject them to a practical test in their specialty. This test aims to evaluate the candidate's ability to perform tasks and functions related to the concerned grade.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the public employment electronic platform www.emploi-public.ma, with all required documents uploaded before the deadline of March 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application file must include:

• Completed application form from the public employment and foundation websites
• Copy of the required diploma in the specialty
• Copy of equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin (for diplomas issued by private institutions)
• Valid biometric national identity card
• Unconditional authorization from the original administration (for officials and contractors)
