Recruitment Competition for 190 Judicial Writers of the 4th Grade (Scale 8)

The Ministry of Justice is organizing a national competition to recruit 190 judicial writers of the 4th grade (Scale 8) to join the court clerks' corps. Competition Details and Available Positions

In accordance with the decision of the Minister of Justice No. 16/M.M.B/26 dated April 07, 2026, the competition will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026. It aims to recruit 190 judicial writers to work in the specialties of "Administrative Writing" or "Administrative Assistant" (specializing in administrative management or IT management).

Positions are distributed across examination centers in various regions of the Kingdom, including Tangier, Tetouan, Al Hoceima, Oujda, Nador, Fez, Kenitra, Errachidia, Ouarzazate, Casablanca, El Jadida, Marrakech, Safi, Beni Mellal, Khouribga, Agadir, Guelmim, and Laayoune, with the possibility of adding other centers if needed.

Application Conditions and Required Documents

To apply for this competition, candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a diploma or certificate in the required specialties (administrative writing, administrative assistant, general university studies diploma, or university studies diploma in economic sciences and management).
  • Be between 18 and 40 years old as of January 1 of the current year, with the possibility of extending the age limit to 45 years for certain categories.
  • Meet the conditions stipulated in Article 21 of the general statute of the public service.

Candidates must register via the dedicated electronic application on the Human Resources Directorate website (drh.justice.gov.ma) no later than Friday, April 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Registration is final and non-modifiable.

Documents Required for Application File Submission

  • Copy of the national identity card.
  • Copy of the required diploma or certificate.
  • School certificate signed by the provincial director attesting to schooling until at least the end of the second year of the baccalaureate, or copy of the professional qualification certificate for holders of a technician diploma.
  • Certificates proving the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant (if applicable).
  • Certificate issued by the governmental authority responsible for persons with disabilities for disabled persons.
  • Unconditional authorization from the human resources services of the employing administration for regular or contracted employees.

Quotas Reserved for Specific Categories

A quota of 25% of the positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant. A quota of 9% is also reserved for persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 07-92 on the social protection of persons with disabilities.

Competition Stages and Announcements

The competition consists of a written test followed by an oral test for successful candidates. The list of candidates admitted to take the written test will be published on the Human Resources Directorate's electronic website at least 15 days before the test date. Final lists will be published on the websites www.emploi-public.ma and drh.justice.gov.ma.
