The Regional Development Company 'Oriental Services' S.A is recruiting Compactor Drivers (Conducteur de Compocleur) to strengthen its human capital. This is a contract-based position with 2 openings. Read on for all the details.

Job Overview

The compactor driver is responsible for executing compaction works on construction sites. The role requires precision, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare intervention: Perform visual inspection of the compactor, mark the work area, and follow safety regulations to avoid damage.
• Drive safely: Master compactor operation, stay vigilant to surroundings, participate in loading/unloading the machine on a trailer, and practice eco-driving.
• Execute works: Select appropriate tools based on soil type and task, complete assigned jobs accurately, and fill out mission reports.
• Maintain the compactor: Keep the machine clean, perform routine maintenance (first level: minor repairs), and follow environmental guidelines.
• Close intervention: Secure the compactor during prolonged stops as per instructions.
