General Competition Information

Required Profile and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age: under 40 years
  • Education level: Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school
  • Specialties: Commerce, Marketing, Management or equivalent
  • Professional experience: minimum 4 years in a similar position

Main Responsibilities and Duties

The selected Commercial and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing and implementing promotion and marketing strategies for industrial and logistics zones
  • Monitoring and evaluating commercial and marketing activities
  • Developing and managing relationships with potential investors
  • Contributing to the visibility and attractiveness of the Nador West Med project

Required Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Mastery of commercial techniques and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to lead commercial and marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Perfect command of French and English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of economics and finance principles
  • Personal qualities: rigor, organization, analytical thinking, relationship skills, adaptability
