Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a higher education diploma of at least Bac+5 level (Engineer, Doctor, or equivalent).
• Have at least 8 years of professional experience related to the position's missions.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French; knowledge of English is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

The department head will oversee the analysis and assessment of climate hazards, develop prevention and adaptation strategies, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement emergency plans. They will also contribute to studies on extreme weather events.
