Key Responsibilities of the Cleanliness Monitoring Supervisor

The cleanliness monitoring supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the quality of urban cleanliness services within the Casablanca municipality. Primary duties include:

• Conducting quality control of field services and evaluating contractor performance.
• Monitoring services through dedicated information systems and analyzing collected data.
• Training field controllers and ensuring their proficiency with digital tools.
• Developing periodic inspection programs and organizing field visits.
• Managing field controller attendance and tracking daily activities.
• Reporting team needs for training and equipment to senior management.
• Addressing user complaints and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Representing the company in meetings with external stakeholders.
• Leading and motivating the team of field controllers to optimize performance.
