Civil Engineering Technician Recruitment at Al Omrane Tanger Tetouan Al Hoceima
Al Omrane Group (Holding d'Aménagement Al Omrane), a key public enterprise in Morocco's housing and territorial development sector, is recruiting one Civil Engineering Technician (m/f) for its regional company Al Omrane Tanger Tetouan Al Hoceima. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects that shape the region's urban landscape.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing projects in terms of planning, milestones, progress, and completion, in compliance with specifications and contractual obligations.
- Ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Participating in feasibility studies and architectural/technical designs (APS & APD).
- Following up on administrative procedures for permits, conformity certificates, and occupancy permits.
- Monitoring project quality, costs, and deadlines, while ensuring compliance with sustainable development and safety standards.
- Validating quantity surveys, attachments, and preparing statements in the information system.
- Reporting progress and proposing corrective actions as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Specialized Technician degree (state diploma or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Works Supervisor, or Heavy Structures.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the technical field (Civil Engineering and/or construction). Only relevant experience will be considered.
- Geographical mobility: Required.
