Al Omrane Group (GAO), the strategic public entity instrumental in implementing government policy for housing and territorial development in Morocco, is recruiting 3 Civil Engineering Technicians (M/F) for its Al Omrane Rabat Salé Kénitra company. Key Missions and Responsibilities

The selected technician will handle vital tasks ensuring project efficiency and compliance, including:

  • Managing projects in terms of planning, milestones, progress, and execution while adhering to specifications, contractual commitments, and applicable regulations.
  • Ensuring coordination between all internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Managing first-level relationships with institutional partners.
  • Monitoring projects to guarantee quality, cost, and deadline compliance.
  • Participating in the development, implementation, and follow-up of the entity's action plan.

Detailed duties involve contributing to feasibility studies, defining project concepts with stakeholders, tracking administrative procedures for permits and compliance certificates, controlling architectural and technical studies (APS & APD), validating tender documents, organizing site meetings, ensuring sustainable development requirements are met, assisting contractors with execution challenges, and monitoring financial investments against budget forecasts.

Job Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Required Diploma: Specialized Technician (State Diploma or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Site Supervisor, or Major Works.
  • Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Specialized Technician in Civil Engineering. Only experiences directly related to the position's missions will be considered during pre-selection.
  • Geographical mobility is required.

Required Skills

A balanced profile combining technical expertise and behavioral qualities is essential:

Technical Skills:

  • Mastery of regulatory procedures governing the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing project structures and business plans.
  • Expertise in project management techniques.
  • Proficiency with technical software and information systems (SAP, AutoCAD, etc.).

Behavioral and Managerial Skills:

  • Commitment, consultation, listening skills, and teamwork.
  • Innovation, agility, and strong customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Analytical and synthesis abilities, quality oral and written expression.
  • Autonomy in problem-solving.
