The National Office of Railways (ONCF) is recruiting for the position of "Technical Center Lot Manager in Fez" through a competitive examination. Main Position Responsibilities

The Technical Center Lot Manager in Fez will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Managing and directing railway station construction projects within the designated geographical area
  • Coordinating and managing functional and technical interfaces between different stakeholders
  • Participating in the development of reference documents including standard specifications, guides, and procedures
  • Conducting continuous documentation monitoring and updates
  • Handling accounting matters and issuing payment orders for corresponding invoices
  • Controlling cost, quality, and timeline aspects in consultation with project management
  • Assisting project management and project owners in work acceptance procedures
  • Ensuring resolution of technical reservations and project closure
  • Managing project handover to operators and maintenance teams

Required Qualifications and Profile

Candidates must hold a state engineering diploma in civil engineering or equivalent, with professional experience in the construction field. Required technical skills include:

  • Ability to manage construction projects effectively
  • Mastery of technical and regulatory construction standards
  • Skill in managing interfaces with other professions and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools

Employment Conditions
