Job Announcement: Chief of Legal Affairs and Litigation Service

The Draa Oued Noun Hydraulic Basin Agency (ABH Draa Oued Noun) has announced a call for applications for the position of Chief of Legal Affairs and Litigation Service. This recruitment is part of the implementation of Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of heads of divisions and services in public administrations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be of Moroccan nationality.
  • Hold at least the grade of Principal Inspector of 2nd grade or State Engineer of 1st grade, or an equivalent grade.
  • Possess a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector of 3rd grade or equivalent.
  • Have at least two years of actual service as a permanent employee.
  • Or be classified in the grade of Principal Inspector of 3rd grade with seniority of at least 15 years of actual service, including at least 4 years in the current grade.

Required Documents

  • Application letter addressed to the Director of the Agency.
  • Completed application form.
  • Curriculum vitae with email, phone number, and photo.
  • Copy of the national identity card.
  • Copies of degrees and diplomas.
  • Work plan and methodology for managing and developing the administrative unit.
  • Authorization from the employing administration for candidates working in the public sector.
