Call for Applications Details
The President of the Council of the Municipality of Casablanca announces the opening of applications to fill two vacant section head positions within the administration of Roches Noires district, in accordance with the laws and decrees governing public service and territorial communities. This call aims to select qualified professionals to occupy these key positions.

- Head of General Treasury Section
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be permanent civil servants or contractual agents of the Municipality of Casablanca and meet the following conditions:
- Be classified at least at the grade of Senior Manager (Grade 2) or in an equivalent framework.
- Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Senior Manager (Grade 3).
- Have at least two years of actual service as a permanent employee, or three years for contractual agents.
- Exceptionally, permanent employees or contractual agents classified at the grade of Senior Manager (Grade 3) with at least 15 years of actual service, including at least 4 years in the said grade, may apply without requiring a bachelor's degree.
- Possess the experience and qualifications required to supervise the administrative offices under the section.
- Have knowledge of territorial communities and district affairs, as well as the legislative and regulatory texts governing them.
Application File
The application file must include the following documents:
- An application letter with a recent passport photo, accompanied by the approval of the President of the Council or the district president, along with an opinion on the candidate's competence.
- A curriculum vitae using the unified form (Decision 3448.12), downloadable from www.emploi-public.ma.
- A work plan and methodology proposed by the candidate for managing and developing the section and improving its performance.
- A copy of the national identity card.
- Certificates and documents proving the fulfillment of required conditions (university degree, recruitment decision, tenure decision, latest promotion decision, appointment decisions to responsibility positions).
Submission of Applications
Applications must be submitted in two copies, against a receipt, to the central registry office of Roches Noirs district, during official working hours, from July 29, 2026, to August 15, 2026.
Selection Process
Two committees appointed by decisions of the President of the Council of the Municipality of Casablanca will handle the pre-selection of eligible candidates and conduct selection interviews focusing on the legislative and regulatory texts governing the municipality and district, as well as modern management techniques and mechanisms for public service.
