Call for Applications: Director of Al Wahda Cultural Center in Dakhla

The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Culture has announced a call for applications for the position of Director of the Al Wahda Cultural Center in Dakhla, a position equivalent to Head of Service. This recruitment aims to strengthen regional cultural management and implement administrative decentralization.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be civil servants or contractual agents currently working within the Department of Culture and meet the regulatory conditions stipulated in Decree No. 2.11.681 of November 25, 2011, concerning the appointment of division heads and service heads in public administrations.

• Curriculum vitae in four copies detailing qualifications, professional background, and previous positions held
• Integrated action plan in four copies outlining the work program and methodology proposed to manage and develop the administrative unit

• Digital version of the application file in PDF format on electronic media (CD)

Submission Procedure and Deadlines

The complete application file must be sent through the hierarchical channel to the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs during official working hours, no later than August 5, 2026, at 4:30 PM. After reviewing applications, a list of eligible candidates for selective interviews will be announced, and the date and location of interviews will be communicated later.
