Biopharma Recruitment: Production Technician Position

The Society of Biological and Pharmaceutical Productions (Biopharma) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Production Technician, as per decision C42890/26. This recruitment aims to strengthen production teams, particularly in media preparation and equipment handling.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years at the date of the competition.
• Holder of a DUT, BTS, or Specialized Technician (TS) diploma in Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, Food Processing, or any equivalent specialty related to production activities.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in pharmaceutical, veterinary, or food industry in a similar position.

• Updated CV.
• Copy of national ID card.
• Copies of required diplomas (state-recognized).
• Copies of transcripts.
• Work certificate, CNSS statement, or any official document proving experience.
• For civil servants: favorable opinion from hierarchical superiors.

Selection Process

Applications will be pre-selected based on the required conditions and overall average grade (minimum 12/20). The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on www.biopharma.ma and www.emploi-public.ma, serving as convocation. Interviews will assess subject knowledge, general culture, behavior and communication, and language proficiency (Arabic, French, English).
