Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assume agency manager responsibilities during absences, including handling important clients in coordination with the manager.
  • Propose concrete actions to enhance agency performance and improve customer service quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Finance, or related field.
