El Haouzia Commune, under the jurisdiction of El Jadida Province, is organizing a regular recruitment competition to fill one position of First Grade Architect, scale 11. This opportunity targets qualified architects holding a degree from the National School of Architecture or an equivalent recognized diploma.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition is established pursuant to Decision No. 09 dated October 4, 2024, by the President of the El Haouzia Communal Council, and is based on various legal texts governing public recruitment in territorial communities. The written examination is scheduled for May 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM, at Ibn Tufail Secondary School in Douar El Gharbia.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension equivalent to valid service periods for retirement, not exceeding 45 years.
• Hold an architect diploma issued by the National School of Architecture or an equivalent diploma listed under Decree No. 2.12.90.

Reserved Quotas for Priority Groups

25% of the position is reserved for former resistance fighters, national martyrs' dependents, former military personnel, or former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card. Eligible candidates must include supporting documents with their application.

• A copy of the diploma or equivalence certificate.

• A copy of the national identity card.

Competition Structure

The competition consists of two phases:

• Written Test: Lasting 4 hours, it may include a general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the duties and competencies of territorial communities.
• Oral Interview: Ranging from 15 to 45 minutes, it aims to assess the candidate's practical skills in the specialty and their ability to perform the associated functions.
