The Ministry of Interior - Boulemane Province is organizing a recruitment competition for two first-grade architects, scale 11. This represents a valuable opportunity for qualified professionals to join a vital sector contributing to the development of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Competition Details and Eligibility Requirements

The competition will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Missour Khadatta High School, with possible additional centers to be determined later. Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged at least 18 years and not exceeding 45 years as of January 1 of the current year.

Possession of an "Architect" diploma issued by the National School of Architecture, or an equivalent qualification according to current regulations, is mandatory. A copy of the diploma must be submitted with the online application.

Quota System and Special Provisions

The ministry reserves 25% of budgeted positions for individuals with status as resistance fighters, nation's dependents, former military personnel, or former combatants. Additionally, 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled" card.

These candidates must submit required documents through their respective administrative bodies, in addition to completing online registration within specified deadlines.

Examination Structure

The competition consists of two main phases:

  • Written examination: General subject or multiple-choice questions lasting three hours, covering required functions, ministry competencies, and required specialties.
  • Oral and practical examination: For candidates scoring at least 12/20 in the written test, assessing practical architectural capabilities.

All candidates must register online through the public employment portal (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from February 16, 2026 to March 6, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

The application must include a copy of the required diploma, national identity card, and curriculum vitae. For foreign diplomas, an equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette is required.

Important Additional Information

Public administration employees wishing to participate must obtain final approval from their human resources department. Candidates with disabilities must provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Women, Family and Social Development.

The list of admitted candidates will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), serving as official summons. Examination results will also be published on this portal.
